ABOUT US
The Mental Wellbeing Centre (formerly Mental Wellbeing In Schools) is an Educational Wellbeing Consultancy based in Hertfordshire, UK. We are currently working alongside the NHS through Ware and Rurals Primary Care Network in Hertfordshire, UK. Currently, our data suggests that we are out-performing NHS Talking Therapies by 25%.

We deliver wellbeing support sessions for adults aimed at improving mental wellbeing and promoting healthy functioning. Our intervention is education-based, not mental health therapy. Much of our work is focused on helping people to confidently meet challenges in their lives and develop sustainable, healthy states of mind.

We are able to offer our services through Ware and the Rurals Primary Care Network.
