ABOUT US
The Mental Wellbeing Centre (formerly Mental Wellbeing In Schools) is an Educational Wellbeing Consultancy based in Hertfordshire, UK. We are currently working as part of the NHS, Stort Valley Healthcare Primary Care Network in Hertfordshire, UK.
The intervention we offer is education, not therapy, and through our NHS and private work, we show parents and guardians how to resolve the problems they are experiencing in their families, resulting in a happy and healthy dynamic in the home.
WHO WE HELP
Our service is directed at the parents and guardians of families who are struggling with the following issues:

Poor quality sleep
NHS SESSIONS
The Mental Wellbeing Centre operates exclusively online. Our NHS sessions take place via Zoom and are one hour long.
We are able to offer our services under the Stort Valley Healthcare and Ware and the Rurals Primary Care Networks.
If you are a patient at any of the following surgeries, you are able to access our service via your GP by requesting a referral to the Adolescent Social Prescription Service:
