The Mental Wellbeing Centre (formerly Mental Wellbeing In Schools) is an Educational Wellbeing Consultancy based in Hertfordshire, UK. We are currently working as part of the NHS, Stort Valley and Villages Primary Care Network in Hertfordshire, UK.
We deliver a new form of Wellbeing Education & Coaching that is proving exceptionally effective at reducing stress, anxiety and anger in the family home. Through the NHS, we provide support to young people and families, and will soon be delivering practitioner training to NHS trusts across the UK.
BOOK A SESSION
The Mental Wellbeing Centre operates exclusively online. Our sessions take place via Zoom and are one hour long.
We are able to offer our services both privately and under the NHS via the Stort Valley and Villages Primary Care Network.
If you are a patient at any of the following surgeries, you are able to access our service via your GP by requesting a referral to the Adolescent Social Prescription Service:
